You've had your initial consultation and have booked your session. You were SO excited....but now the big day is here and you're feeling a little nervous. Like really nervous. Of course I can tell you until I am blue in the face not to worry, and *promise* that I know what I am doing, but sometimes that just doesn't cut it. Here are five simple tips on how to relax in front of the camera... 1. Play Music – Bring your favorite music to play during your session. This will help you to calm down and feel comfortable. 2. Deep Breathing – Practice deep breathing. This is a proven relaxation method. Breathe in deeply through your nose and exhale through your nose. Repeat until you feel better. 3.
